The building is separated into a North Tower (NT) and South Tower (ST).
The total office space is approx. 72,470 sqm.

The building consists of 14 floors of office space.

The low zone is from FL.11-20;
The NT is approx. 1,300 sqm per floor.
The ST is approx. 2,300 sqm per floor.

The medium zone is from FL.21-28;
The NT is approx. 1,300 sqm per floor.
